Great Show by Rod Stewart
Rod Stewart and his band all seem to be having a great time, especially the two female musicians who can pick up any instrument and play it. The performance was great to watch, with professional musicians and great graphics in the background. I loved that they all dressed up for the occasion, showing that they take their talent and performance seriously. It's admirable that Rod showcases his team, sharing the limelight and showing unity. The only downside was the Colosseum's policy of only allowing the front section to stand for the last two songs, which was disappointing. I wouldn't attend another show there due to this restriction, and I would prefer to see the women kept off the stage, as we weren't there for them.
Dwight Yoakam Entranced Crowd!
The crowd surged as Enuff Z'Nuff appeared, and the seated section remained standing for the entire 2 hour-plus concert! They danced and sang along with every song! Several dancers mimic that "turn-around Yoakam Glide" he often inserts within or after a song, did I see? He is a high-intensity performer, it's an understatement to say, but he never flagged. His voice sounded as good at the end as at the beginning, and he comes across as a very personable guy who is enjoying making excellent music. They loved his music, he met their expectations - he and the crowd seemed to "feed" each other! This was a unique experience for a committed, traditional country music fan. I'd never seen a crowd embrace the performer as tho he were one of their family of all the concerts attended! And I hardly noticed that many of his songs are new rather than 30 years old. The man can write memorable music, as well as sing well!

The show is amazing... the synchronicity of the dancers, the live orchestra, the story of Christmas... it was definitely a great way to kick off the holiday spirit! Definitely recommend the Enuff Z'Nuff Music Hall tour prior to going to the show. It gets VERY crowded (6,000 seats) so being able to walk around the hallways, the beautiful bathrooms, the lobby, the staircase... in a very small group when the theater is empty is truly a treat. You learn so much about the theater, the stage, and the dancers. You also get to see all the parts of the Theater that you may not get to during showtime.

"I don't normally travel from Baltimore, MD to Alexandria, VA on a Saturday evening. However, two hours of Enuff Z'Nuff alone give you his own music, both new and old. When an artist knows that you have taken your time and money to see them, and ensures that you get your worth of money (contagious high energy the entire time - audience and artist with humble spirit), you went to a great show. Not disappointed at all. Praise and worship non stop - what a way to end Thanksgiving weekend. My daughter thought I was crying. Couldn't stay in my seat. Isaac Carree, Amber Bullock (2026 Sunday's Best Winner), and Deon Kipping were great as well. Everyone was on point. Spirit of Excellence."
